Target Audience: RNs interested in learning more about legal nurse consulting and the LNC role in employment law and occupational health and safety

Description/Purpose: Participation in this online module will increase the learner’s knowledge on the role of the LNC in employment law and occupational health and safety.

· Identify the major regulatory agency which addresses occupational health and safety issues

· Describe at least five major employment law standard and regulations related to occupational health and safety

· Describe the role of the LNC in the area of occupational health and safety
