Description: Litigation documents filled with legal terms can be daunting for LNCs. This module has been tailored specifically for legal nurse consultants who routinely read and interpret legal documents. A firm understanding of medical legal terms will enhance the LNCs comprehension of the medico-legal process and help decipher legal documents in their work as a legal nurse consultant.
Target Audience: RNs interested in learning more about legal nurse consulting
Learning Outcome: At the conclusion of the educational activity, participants will gain the knowledge of legal terminology used in medical malpractice claims.
