Join legal nurse consultant Susan Haibeck MS, RN, CLNC for a webinar discussing the anatomy of a cancer care malpractice cases. The webinar will discuss the most common themes that lead to litigation in cancer care, and litigation issues in cancer cases. LNC Haibeck will share her oncology expertise and experience to discuss oncology standards of care and the critical components of the cancer medical records for the LNC working on cases in this area. The webinar will include many case examples of how the LNC can review oncology cases and pertinent issues involved. At the end of the webinar the LNC attendees will be able to identify common and critical liabilities surrounding cancer malpractice cases for cancer care in adult and pediatric cases.
