The webinar will enable LNCs to identify strategies the opposing counsel will use and how to recognize and prepare for them. By the end of the webinar participants will be able to define "failure to rescue", understand how to identify disadvantages associated with outpatient procedures, be able to list three common reasons for "failure to rescue", and identify resources for locating best practices and apply them to a medical legal review.
